Our markup is extremely low. For that reason, we can only accept returns if we made a mistake or the item is defective. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to inform us a return is needed. We can accept opened items provided you return all the parts, pieces, paperwork and other included items in new condition. Once items are worn, marked or even gently used we can no longer accept the return no matter who is at fault. We regret that this policy is necessary. It is a direct result of fraudulent behavior in the past. Do not return items to the address on the package. Many of our items ship directly from our suppliers. if you ship them a product without contacting us first and getting an appropriate return address from us, there is a good chance your return will get lost and we won't be able to issue a credit. Instead, ship only to the return address we email you after you contact us and request a return. Always include a not inside the package reminding us why you are returning and item and what action you want taken.
